This Privacy Policy covers two QR code applications published by JC Media Agency Limited LLC ("JC Media", "we", "us"): • GenQR — iOS, bundle ID com.mminhlequang.qrcoba • GenQR - AI QR Code Maker — iOS, bundle ID com.mminhlequang.qrcoba4; on Google Play the same app is listed as GenQR - AI QR Code Generator, package com.mminhlequang.qrcoba4 The two apps do not handle data identically. Where they differ, this Policy says which app it is talking about. If a section does not name an app, it applies to both. By downloading, installing or using either app you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.
2.1 QR code content The text, links and other content you enter to generate a QR code, and the codes you scan, are processed to produce or read the code. Scan history is stored on your device. 2.2 Both apps • Contact information — only when you contact support or sign up for optional communications • Usage data — which features are opened, session length, in-app interactions • Diagnostics — crash reports and error logs 2.3 GenQR - AI QR Code Maker only • Identifiers — device and advertising identifiers, used by third-party advertising partners • Purchase information — records of in-app purchases and subscriptions, handled by Apple or Google 2.4 What neither app collects • Precise GPS location • Contacts, calendar, SMS or call logs • Photos from your gallery, unless you actively select one to decode • Card or bank details — payments are handled entirely by Apple and Google, and we never see them

GenQR (com.mminhlequang.qrcoba) does not show third-party advertising and does not track you across other companies' apps and websites. GenQR - AI QR Code Maker (com.mminhlequang.qrcoba4) is supported by advertising. Its App Store privacy label declares that identifiers are used to track you, meaning that advertising identifiers may be linked with data from other companies' apps and websites for advertising and measurement. You can limit this at any time: • iOS — decline the App Tracking Transparency prompt, or turn off Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → Allow Apps to Request to Track • Android — Settings → Privacy → Ads → Delete advertising ID Declining tracking does not remove the ads and does not restrict any app feature; it makes the ads less personalised.
Your QR code history is stored locally on your device. Data transmitted to our service providers travels over TLS/HTTPS. We apply access controls so that only staff who need data can reach it, and we keep diagnostic logs for no longer than we need them. No system is completely secure. Both apps request only the permissions their features need. You can grant or revoke each one in your device settings at any time: • Camera — required to scan a QR code. Frames are processed to decode the code and are not uploaded. • Photos — optional, only when you choose an existing image to decode or save a code you created • Internet — required to generate AI-designed codes and, in GenQR - AI QR Code Maker, to load ads • Notifications — optional, for updates and reminders Denying an optional permission disables only the feature that needs it.
Scanning and basic QR code generation work without an internet connection, and codes decoded offline never leave your device. AI-designed codes require a connection, because the design is generated on a remote server.
Neither app is directed at children under 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions that set a higher age), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, contact [email protected] and we will delete it.
Our service providers may process data in the United States, the European Union and other countries. Using either app may involve transferring your data to those jurisdictions. For EU/EEA and UK users we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission.
We may update this Policy to reflect changes to the apps, our providers or the law. The "Last updated" date at the top changes with it, and we will give notice in the app before any material change takes effect. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Policy.
