By accessing or using JC Media's services, website, or any associated applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "you," or "your") and JC Media Agency Limited LLC ("JC Media," "we," "us," or "our"), a company registered in Wyoming, United States. JC Media provides advertising account rental services for major digital advertising platforms, including but not limited to: • Facebook/Meta Advertising Accounts • TikTok Advertising Accounts • Google Ads Accounts Our Services include: • Provisioning and management of agency-level advertising accounts • Technical support and account maintenance • Access to advertising platform features through our agency partnerships • Consultation services for advertising strategy (for eligible plans) We also operate a casual game publishing division, which is subject to separate terms and conditions.

To use our Services, you must: • Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction • Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts • Not be prohibited from using the Services under applicable laws • Provide accurate and complete information during registration • Maintain the security of your account credentials Business entities must ensure that the individual accepting these Terms has the authority to bind the organization.

When you create an account with JC Media, you agree to: • Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information • Maintain and promptly update your account information • Keep your password and access credentials confidential • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in suspicious activity.

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You may NOT use our Services to: • Advertise illegal products, services, or activities • Promote adult content, gambling (where prohibited), or controlled substances • Engage in fraudulent, deceptive, or misleading advertising • Violate the advertising policies of Facebook, TikTok, Google, or other platforms • Infringe on intellectual property rights of third parties • Collect personal data without proper consent • Distribute malware, spam, or harmful content • Circumvent platform restrictions or engage in policy abuse • Resell or sublicense accounts without authorization Violation of this policy may result in immediate account termination without refund.

6.1 Pricing and Billing • All prices are listed in US Dollars unless otherwise specified • Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis • Ad spend is charged separately by the respective advertising platforms • Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing customers 6.2 Payment Methods • We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, PayPal, and select cryptocurrencies • Payment information must be accurate and kept up to date • Failed payments may result in service suspension 6.3 Taxes • Prices do not include applicable taxes • You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the Services • We will collect and remit taxes where legally required

7.1 Money-Back Guarantee • New customers may request a full refund within 7 days of initial purchase • The guarantee applies only to subscription fees, not ad spend • Refund requests must be submitted to support@jcmedia.com 7.2 Cancellation • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period • No prorated refunds for partial months (except under the money-back guarantee) 7.3 Account Replacement • We provide free replacement for accounts that face issues during normal use • Replacement requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the issue • We reserve the right to deny replacements for policy violations Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details.

8.1 Our Intellectual Property • All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on our Services belong to JC Media • You may not copy, modify, or distribute our proprietary materials without permission • Our Services are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws 8.2 Your Content • You retain ownership of content you create using our Services • You grant us a limited license to display and process your content as necessary to provide the Services • You represent that you have the rights to any content you submit 8.3 Feedback • Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide may be used by us without compensation or attribution

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We do not guarantee: • Uninterrupted or error-free service • Specific advertising results or performance • That accounts will never face platform restrictions • Compatibility with all advertising objectives While we maintain agency relationships with advertising platforms, we do not control platform policies or enforcement decisions. Platform changes may affect service availability.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: • JC Media's total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages • We are not liable for lost profits, data loss, or business interruption • We are not responsible for third-party actions, including platform decisions Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so some of the above may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JC Media, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: • Your use of the Services • Your violation of these Terms • Your violation of any third-party rights • Your advertising content or campaigns • Any misrepresentation made by you

12.1 Termination by You • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support • Termination does not entitle you to refunds for unused services 12.2 Termination by Us • We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms • We may terminate with 30 days' notice for any reason • We may terminate immediately for serious violations or illegal activity 12.3 Effect of Termination • Upon termination, your access to Services will cease • We may delete your data after a reasonable retention period • Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Services shall be resolved through: 1. Good faith negotiation between the parties 2. Mediation by a mutually agreed mediator 3. Binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association Class action lawsuits and class-wide arbitration are not permitted. For EU residents: Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

14.1 Entire Agreement These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and JC Media. 14.2 Severability If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. 14.3 Waiver Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right. 14.4 Assignment You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our consent. We may assign our rights freely. 14.5 Force Majeure We are not liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
