Welcome to SwipeKit: Clean Similar Photos (package name: com.jcm.swipekit), a photo cleanup application developed and operated by JC Media Agency Limited LLC ("JC Media", "we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how we collect, use, store, disclose, and protect your information when you use the SwipeKit: Clean Similar Photos application on your mobile device. We designed SwipeKit: Clean Similar Photos with privacy at its core. Photo analysis runs entirely on your device — we do not upload your photos to our servers. By downloading, installing, or using SwipeKit: Clean Similar Photos, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms set forth in this Policy.

SwipeKit: Clean Similar Photos requires access to your device's Photo Library to function. Here is exactly how we use that access: What we do with your photos • Read photo metadata (size, date taken, hash) to detect similar, duplicate, or burst shots • Generate thumbnails and on-device previews for you to review • Move photos to the system "Recently Deleted" album when you choose to delete them • Group photos by visual similarity using on-device machine learning What we DO NOT do with your photos • We do NOT upload your photos to our servers or any cloud service • We do NOT share your photos with third parties • We do NOT analyze your photo content for advertising • We do NOT view, copy, or back up your photos • We do NOT use facial recognition to identify people You can revoke photo access at any time via your device Settings → Privacy → Photos.

3.1 Information from Your Photo Library (processed on-device only) • Photo metadata: file size, creation date, dimensions, format • Visual similarity hashes (computed locally, not transmitted) • Album names and structure 3.2 Information Collected Automatically • Device Information: Device model, operating system version, language, time zone • Usage Data: Features used, session duration, number of photos cleaned, storage freed • Log Data: Crash reports, error logs (no photo content included) • Performance Data: Response times, diagnostic information 3.3 Information You Provide • Subscription/purchase information (handled by Apple/Google) • Support requests (email content you send us) • Ratings and feedback 3.4 Information We Do NOT Collect • Your actual photo files or photo content • Faces, locations, or any identifying details from photos • Precise location (GPS) • Contacts, calendar, SMS, call logs • Health, financial, or biometric data

We use the information we collect for the following purposes: Service Delivery • Detect similar, duplicate, and burst photos on your device • Show you side-by-side comparisons to help you decide what to keep • Free up storage space by safely moving unwanted photos to Recently Deleted • Track storage saved and cleanup progress within the app Product Improvement • Analyzing usage patterns (anonymized) to improve detection accuracy • Detecting and fixing bugs, improving performance • Developing new features based on user feedback Safety and Compliance • Preventing abuse and fraud (e.g., subscription chargebacks) • Complying with legal obligations We do NOT use any photo content or metadata for targeted advertising.

We share information only in these limited circumstances: 5.1 Infrastructure & Service Providers • Apple App Store / Google Play Store (subscription processing, receipts) • Anonymized analytics services (Firebase Analytics, Apple Analytics) • Crash reporting services (Crashlytics, Sentry) — never includes photo data 5.2 Legal Requirements We may disclose information when necessary to: • Comply with court orders or requests from authorized government entities • Protect the rights, property, or safety of JC Media or our users • Investigate fraud or security issues 5.3 Business Transfers In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred to the successor entity. We will notify you in advance. We commit to NEVER selling your personal information or photo data to third parties.

We implement industry-standard technical and organizational safeguards: On-Device Privacy by Design • All photo analysis happens locally on your device • Photo content never leaves your device through our app • On-device data is protected by your device's built-in encryption (iOS Keychain, Android Keystore) Cloud Data (subscriptions, analytics) • Encryption in transit using TLS/HTTPS • Encryption at rest for non-photo data • Role-based access control for our team • 24/7 system monitoring and incident response While we make every effort, no system is 100% secure.

7.1 Photo Data • We do NOT retain your photo files on our servers (we never receive them) • On-device caches (thumbnails, similarity hashes) are stored locally and removed when you uninstall the app 7.2 Account / Subscription Data • Subscription records: kept as long as your account exists, plus legal retention period (typically 7 years for tax/accounting) • Device/log data: maximum 90 days • Anonymized statistical data: may be retained longer for analytics 7.3 Deletion You can delete data in the following ways: • Uninstall the app → all on-device data is removed automatically • Email [email protected] to request deletion of any cloud-side records (subscription history, analytics identifiers) We will process deletion requests within 30 days, unless retention is required by law.

SwipeKit: Clean Similar Photos is NOT intended for children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in certain jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. We will delete that information as soon as possible.

SwipeKit: Clean Similar Photos requests the following device permissions: • Photo Library (Read/Write): Required, to detect similar photos and move unwanted ones to Recently Deleted • Push Notifications: Optional, for cleanup reminders and storage tips • Network/Internet: Required for subscription processing, analytics, and updates You can grant or revoke these permissions at any time through your device Settings. Revoking Photo Library access will disable the app's core functionality.

Our servers and service providers may be located in the United States, EU, or other countries. When you use SwipeKit: Clean Similar Photos, non-photo data (such as anonymized analytics and subscription records) may be transferred to and processed in these jurisdictions. For EU/EEA/UK users, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) approved by the European Commission and implement additional safeguards as needed.

We may update this Policy from time to time. When changes occur: • The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised • For material changes, we will notify you in-app at least 7 days in advance Continued use of SwipeKit: Clean Similar Photos after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
